WHICH IS BETTER, PAVER STONE OR CONCRETE?
It is all a matter of preference. Concrete is a solid foundation and perfect for driveways, patios, pool decks, or walkways. However, if you are looking to enhance the visual aspect of your landscape, then pavers would be the perfect choice. With the wide variety of colors and styles, there are several different options to fit your desires.
WILL A RETAINING WALL FIX MY EROSION PROBLEM?
Yes in most cases it will, but we will need to assess the situation because every case is different.
WILL STONE WORK ENHANCE THE VALUE OF MY PROPERTY?
Yes, whether it be a needed retaining wall, a paver patio, or just something for curb appeal, it will always add value to your home.
IS ARTIFICIAL TURF RIGHT FOR ME?
If you are having trouble growing natural grass due to lack of sunlight, too much moisture, or bad soil, yes artificial turf is a perfect choice for you. It is also great to have if you do not have much time and patience to cut your grass!
DO PAVERS REQUIRE A LOT OF MAINTENANCE? ARE THEY HARD TO MAINTAIN?
Pavers are low maintenance and easy to care for. All that is needed is to soft wash the pavers from time to time to keep the colors clean and clear.
DO I NEED TO SEAL MY PAVERS AFTER THEY ARE INSTALLED?
We recommend that you wait 1-2 months to seal the pavers. It is not required, but sealing them will keep the colors fresh and vibrant for a longer period of time and will slow down sun fade.
CAN REDLINE STONE SOLUTIONS PROVIDE PERMITS FOR MY LANDSCAPING PROJECT?
Yes, if engineering and permits are needed for the job, we will pull the permits and provide all of the services needed to complete the project.
DO I NEED HOA APPROVAL FOR MY LANDSCAPING PROJECT?
In most instances, the answer is yes. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to get permission from the HOA to have work done at the residence. However, Redline Stone Solutions can communicate with the HOA to make the process easier, and provide needed documents.
